Overview
Snail Walk is a walking fitness game with one brutal rule: you can lose. A giant snail named Bob steadily follows every player down the same shared path. Your real daily step total (from Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android) is the only thing that keeps Bob from catching you. There is no GPS, no location tracking, and no rewards for quitting.
How it works
- Walk in real life. Your steps move you forward along a single shared path.
- Bob keeps coming at a fixed pace every day. He never stops.
- Stay ahead of Bob to survive; fall behind and he catches you.
Social and progression
- One path for everyone: you see other real players on the same route.
- Leaderboard: furthest survivors are ranked.
- Achievements: milestones like a 10k day or surviving a month.
- Activity log: daily step history so you can chart your progress.
- Friends: pin friends and family to see who's ahead or behind and rejoin the walk after a death.
Customization & rewards
- Skins & themes unlock as you progress (examples shown: Astronaut, Pirate, Unicorn).
- Founder packs and in-early-access purchases are available (founder pack described on site as a lifetime ad-free option).

Tone
